No. RINS is pre-revenue and is not processing payments. Everything on this page is the pricing we intend to launch with. Joining the waitlist is free, needs no card details, and we'll tell you before any billing begins.
Is there a free plan?
No. Explorer will be the entry tier at $49.99/month when billing opens, and it includes a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the tool before you pay anything.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Once billing is live: your Explorer trial will run for 7 days, and if you don't cancel before it ends the plan converts to paid automatically and your card is charged $49.99/month. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged. No trials are running yet.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Once subscriptions are live you'll be able to cancel from your account at any time — no fees, no lock-in — and your plan stays active through the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
The Explorer plan will include a 7-day free trial, so you can evaluate before you're charged anything. Beyond the trial, charges will be non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.

Do you offer team seats?
Yes — team seats, custom coverage, and dedicated onboarding are part of the Institutional plan. Get in touch and we'll scope it with you.
